NOT RECEIVED YOUR E-BOOK? Downloading the e-books and e-stories couldn't be easier. However, in the unlikely event of problems, here are a few things to check. IS YOUR MAIL BOX FULL? If your payment has been processed and you have your transaction reference, but have not received an e-mail with your purchase(s), the most common problem is that your mail box is full or over quota. It also means that Ray Gordon cannot respond to e-mails stating that the purchase has not been received... WHAT SHOULD I DO? Empty, or partially empty, your mailbox and contact Raygordonbooks quoting your Netbanx transaction reference and request your purchases are e-mailed again. MY E-BOOK WILL NOT DOWNLOAD Have you got the latest version of Adobe Acrobat on your computer (Adobe 6.0 or above)? If the answer to the above question is no, download Adobe Acrobat by clicking the logo below. (Please note, if you have an earlier version of Adobe Acrobat you will need to uninstall the old version first) ALL I GET IS A BLANK PAGE WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD MY E-BOOK Try waiting a little longer. Please note that the download time will vary depending on your internet connection speed and the size of the e-book, ie. if you are trying to download a 5meg e-book using a dial-up connection, the process will take several minutes to complete and you will see a blank white page whilst the download is taking place. Generally, broadband/high speed connections, download in a few seconds.
